How long does it take to ship out?
Please note that our watches require an assembly and quality control period before shipping to ensure the highest standards are met. As a result, it typically takes approximately 5-9 working days to process and prepare your watch for shipment. This time frame allows us to carefully assemble, inspect, and verify each piece before it is dispatched to you, ensuring a flawless product upon arrival.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders typically take 12 to 35 working days to arrive, depending on the shipping destination. Please note that certain regions may experience longer shipping times due to customs processes or local postal delays.

We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Free Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 7 working days. Delivery typically takes 14 to 35 working days, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 working day. Delivery is expedited, with an estimated timeframe of 7 to 14 working days.

The only fee you have paid for is the shipping cost to deliver your order to your country. Any additional customs, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. Are you affiliated with Seiko?
No, we are NOT affiliated with Seiko. Our custom Seiko mods are independently designed and handcrafted using genuine Seiko movements and high-quality aftermarket parts.
While we use authentic Seiko components for the movement, all modifications and designs are created by our team, allowing us to offer unique, personalized timepieces that are distinct from Seiko’s official products.

Are your Seiko mods handmade?
Yes! All of our Seiko mods are handmade and assembled in-house with aftermarket parts by our skilled watchmakers, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail for every timepiece.
Are the movements in your Seiko Mods authentic?
Yes, all the movements in our Seiko Mods are 100% authentic and meticulously designed. They are sourced and imported directly from Japan, ensuring the highest quality and precision synonymous with Seiko craftsmanship.
Are the components used in your mods authentic?
While we specialize in custom Seiko mods, we always use authentic Seiko movements. The other components, such as the dial, bezel, hands, and case, are sourced from trusted suppliers and designed to enhance the original Seiko aesthetic with a unique touch.
Can I be held liable for modifications?
As a customer, you are purchasing a modified timepiece and acknowledge that modifications may affect performance, warranty, and resale value. By purchasing from us, you accept these terms.

What if I get a watch that is slightly different from image?
Please note that the images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may not fully represent the actual product. While we strive to craft each watch as closely as possible to the depicted illustration, slight variations may occur. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the watch you receive may differ subtly from the website image, and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for dissatisfaction based on these variations.
Can I return the watch if I’m unsatisfied?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once an order is placed. We do not offer returns or exchanges, except in the case of manufacturing defects covered by our warranty.

What happens if I provide the wrong shipping address?
If you notice an error in the shipping address before your order has been dispatched, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been processed.
Am I (customer) responsible if I provide an incorrect shipping address?
Yes, customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. We ship orders strictly according to the address provided, and we are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
What happens if my package is sent to the wrong address due to my error?
If the package is delivered to the incorrect address due to an error on your part, we are unable to retrieve or reship the item. You may need to contact the recipient at the incorrect address or the local postal service to attempt recovery.
Refund and Warranty Clause
We do not offer refunds, even if the item is received in a defective condition. All purchases are covered by a 30 days warranty, which allows for either a 1-to-1 exchange or repair, subject to evaluation and approval on a case-by-case basis. 2 Year warranty can purchased separately.
Please note that the warranty can only be exercised once during the 2-year coverage period. Once the warranty has been utilized, no further claims will be accepted.
If any signs of foul play, misuse, or tampering are detected, the warranty will be void, and no replacement or repair will be provided. Customers are advised to use and maintain their items responsibly to ensure eligibility for warranty su

By default, HIKARI provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Extended Warranty Option
Customers have the option to purchase an extended 2 year warranty at the time of purchase. If the extended warranty is purchased, coverage will apply for 2 year from the day watch is received, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the extended warranty agreement.

Any defects, damages, or malfunctions occurring after the initial 30-day period are not covered under the standard warranty unless the customer has purchased the 2-year extended warranty.

Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care (e.g., water damage, physical damage, or exposure to extreme conditions).

Warranty Exclusion Clause for Bracelet Adjustments
Our warranty does not cover any damages incurred during the adjustment of watch bracelets. Such damage is considered to be caused by the customer and is not deemed a defect or manufacturing issue on our part. Customers are advised to seek professional assistance for bracelet adjustments to avoid unnecessary damage.
No Refund/Return Policy
We do not offer refunds or returns, even if you are unsatisfied with the product. All our products are meticulously crafted to the highest standards and designed with precision. Once the order has been delivered and fulfilled, all sales are considered final. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Who covers the shipping fee for warranty exchanges?
For our 1-year warranty 1-to-1 exchange, the shipping fee to send the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the product and verify the warranty claim, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement back to you at no additional cost.
